La Thune is the new clip by the Belgian artist Angèle, by Aube Perrie. The single is a funny criticism of social networks and their dark sides and their hypocritical and addictive nature. Thanks to her always ironical mood, Angèle makes fun of her generation without any moralism : after all, she is a part of this game.
“To realize this video, I tried to conceive every scene as an Instagram pic. As a mirror reflecting a fake and desirable image, hiding all those things we do not like about ourselves, putting filters on our pictures and taking photos of the most perfect moments. People behind their screens can therefore imagine a lot of cool stuff about us and a lot more !” Aube Perrie says.
