After a first teaser, here’s the official trailer for the movie Carol, by Todd Haynes, presented at Cannes this year. Cate Blanchett will play, along with Rooney Mara, the role of a fancy woman (neglected by her husband) who falls in love with a supermarket employee. Carol will leave her daily society life behind to go on a road trip with Therese. The story happens in the 50’s, a History moment where homosexuality is still considered like a transmissible disease. This film will be released on the 13rd January 2016.
