After choosing Matthew McConaughey to embody a VIH cowboy patient in the sublime Dallas Buyers Club, Canadian director Jean-Marc Vallée asked to Jake Gyllenhaal to play the role of a grieving man in his upcoming movie Demolition. The hero, Chris Cooper, calls his life into question after his wife’s death, to the point of destroy everything, literally. He’ll meet Karen (Naomi Watts) and her son that will help him to go through a mourning period. Between drama, comedy and absurd, this movie will be released in the United States on the 8th april 2016.
