In fall 1985, in the suburb of Palo Alto, a Californian town, three 9-year-old friends, Chris, Joe and Ted, venture into wood while a lion threatens their community. One of them is Henry Hopper, the son of Dennis Hopper, starring beside James Franco. After his role in 127 Hours (Danny Boyle), the actor go back to the mountains to play a thoughtful father. The actor grew up in Palo Alto, and Yosemite is the adaptation of two of his novels.
